Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a BCBA in Atlanta to design and oversee personalized ABA therapy programs. You will assess progress, mentor RBTs, and partner with families to set meaningful goals, while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role involves remote planning and quarterly travel to support clients and teams. Ideal candidates hold BCBA and Georgia LBA licenses and bring experience with autism and developmental disabilities, strong communication, and collaborative spirit

• Coordinate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Manage a small, intentional caseload with documentation compliance.
