Job summary

Eden ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA/Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home ABA services in Annandale, VA. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while mentoring the clinical team.

Collaborate with families and schools, analyze data to improve client outcomes, and ensure documentation meets clinical quality standards. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training support are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
• Experience supervising direct care staff
• Strong communication and family engagement skills
