North Arrow ABA, LLC is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Alpena, MI clinical center and client homes. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop and monitor ABA programs, and deliver intensive intervention for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA certified and eligible to practice in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and implement one-on-one behavioral intervention programs for children with autism.
• Develop programs and behavior intervention plans as needed; monitor caseload.
• Support program monitoring and ensure high-quality delivery of ABA services.

We are currently seeking BCBAs to provide treatment to children diagnosed with autism, in our clinical center setting as well as in client homes. The successful applicant will provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and in one-on-one behavioral intervention programs for children, in addition to developing programs, behavior intervention plans (as needed), and program monitoring of their caseload.
