ABA Centers of Virginia in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. You will design and supervise skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for children and families, with support from RBTs and caregivers.

The role offers a starting salary of $100,000–$120,000 per year, relocation assistance up to $15,000, and opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and collaboration within a respected clinical team.

Formación

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Active BCBA certification, required.
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsabilidades

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
  • Other typical BCBA activities
