Role Description

This is a contract role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Technician, located on-site in Manchester, NH. Day-to-day tasks include conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and training staff and caregivers. The role requires data collection and analysis, creating progress reports, and participating in team meetings to ensure high-quality care for clients.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and RBT certification
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans
• Skills in implementing evidence-based interventions and collecting data
• Ability to train and supervise staff and caregivers
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of ABA principles and practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is a plus
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred
