Job summary

Positive Solutions Behavior Group (PSBG) is seeking a BCBA to lead evidence-based behavioral programs across clinic, home, and school settings in Kentucky. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, design individualized treatment plans, analyze data, supervise RBTs, and train parents to empower families.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and ethical standards.
• Passion for client progress and team collaboration.

Responsibilities
