Job summary

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team serving high school and adult transition programs in the Hawthorne, CA area.

In this role, you will work closely with educators, administration, and support teams across campus environments to drive positive student outcomes, conduct behavioral assessments, and provide essential staff training.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Observations & Assessments: Perform regular student and classroom observations; assist in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Staff Support & Training: Provide direct training, consultation, and coaching for teachers and instructional staff on behavioral implementation strategies (available across 1-on-1, classroom-wide, and whole-group settings).
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with special education teams, IEP members, and campus administrators to ensure smooth BIP implementation and student progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience: Background working with high school-aged youth or young adults in educational or community-based settings preferred.
