Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2025-2026 School Year

The Exceptional Learners Collaborative (ELC), located in Vernon Hills, Illinois, is seeking licensed applicants for the 2025-2026 school year. The ELC provides specialized educational services to students with special needs, ages 3 through 22, across several districts including Kildeer Countryside CCSD 96, Lincolnshire-Prairie View SD 103, Adlai E. Stevenson HS District 125, and Fox Lake District 114. The ELC serves multiple elementary, middle, and high schools.

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional educational services, the Behavior Analyst will support students with diverse needs in a structured learning environment, collaborating with families and districts.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst Licensure
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Special Education
  • Ability to travel within member districts and navigate ELC and district buildings
  • Experience with students on the autism spectrum and with emotional disabilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Provide evaluation, modeling, and training to staff and parents on behavioral impacts and intervention plans
  • Serve as a diagnostic team member and offer ongoing behavioral support to students, staff, and parents

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary ranges from $55,350 to $115,000, depending on education and experience
  • 10-month, Monday through Friday position
