Job summary

Applied ABC seeks a Clinic BCBA to manage an active caseload, provide supervision to ABA therapists, and lead 1:1 sessions with students. You will develop behavior plans, run data collection, and coordinate family training to achieve individualized goals.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, GA LBA license, and willingness to relocate or travel to the Stone Mountain office for in-person work.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA with supervisory credentials and experience.
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification is required and GA LBA license preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs and BTs with training techniques.
• Experience creating behavior support and treatment plans.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland or ABLLS assessments.
• Ability to travel to office location and work in-person.

Location: 910 N Hairston Rd, Stone Mountain, GA 30083

Hours: M-F 9am-7pm & Sat 10am-2pm

$5,000 Sign On Bonus after 90-days (probationary period)

Qualifications:

• Active Board certification – passed the BACB exam for behavior analysts

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, education, or related field

• Current 8-hour supervision certificate – certified to provide supervision to RBT’s and has supervisory experience. Experience utilizing behavioral skills training

• Experience creating behavior support plans

• Experience administering various skills assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, etc

• Experience with creating treatment plans and conducting family training, social skills groups, etc

• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, of all ages

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Ability to work in the US

• Ability to relocate or travel to office location (in person required)

Position Description:

• Clinic BCBA will maintain an active caseload and meet 120 billable utilization hours per month which includes supervision, treatment planning, BTM (treatment planning with face-to-face component, Parent Training, etc. Travel is acknowledged, but not billable. (Up to 10 hours per week).

• Clinic BCBA will support their caseload by providing behavior analytic supervision to ABA therapists.

• BCBA may be providing supervision for BT’s or RBT’s working 1:1 with students, delivering evidence-based supervision techniques such as behavioral skills training.

• BCBA may not only need to administer skills assessments, but also preference, and reinforcer assessments.

• BCBA will provide programming to support the students to achieve their treatment goals.

• BCBA will be required to create behavior support plans, based on the clients’ individual needs and behaviors.

• Additionally, considerations should be made for families and their level of experience, for family training sessions.

• Family training targets may need to be explicitly written and explained to those who have little to no experience working in the field of applied behavior analysis.

• BCBA will set up data collection systems and ensure ongoing and accurate data collection is occurring.

• BCBA will attend team meetings for coordination of care as requested by the family and be prepared to report on current levels of behaviors. BCBA must be comfortable leading others in behavior crisis situations, utilizing behavior analytic principles.

• BCBA will need to hold the ability to be flexible and accommodating for companies updates in changes to policies and procedures and work-related expectations.

• BCBA will uphold Applied ABC’s core principles, of providing the best possible clinical techniques with a holistic and individualized approach to achieve ideal clinical outcomes.
