Job summary

Square One Autism Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee in-home caregiver-led ABA programs in the greater Sacramento area. The role supports a two-tier model with mid-levels delivering direct services and parents training, under supervision by a BCBA. This is a full-time hybrid position with a 20-hour direct supervision expectation weekly.

Direct supervision hours are provided in-person and via telehealth. The hourly rate starts at $60, with a monthly salary attached.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification; master’s in behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years post-cert ABA experience preferred
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Ability to lift/move 25–30 lbs and engage in floor‑level play as needed.
• Schedule flexibility within Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.; hybrid supervision (in-person and telehealth).
• Familiarity with PRT approach preferred; experience with Catalight Care Services (CCS) processes strongly encouraged.

This is a full time hybrid position. Direct Supervision hours (combination of in person and telehealth) average 20 direct hours per week. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00-6:30pm. Direct hourly rate starts at $60/hour along with a monthly salary.
