Qualifications

• Must hold a current BCBA Certification.
• Must hold a valid GA LBA (Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst).
• Must reside in GA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports.
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments.
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.
