Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking Per Diem BCBA clinicians to provide individualized ABA services with flexible scheduling across in-person and hybrid settings. As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools while maintaining clinical autonomy and quality care.

This role offers flexible hours and competitive hourly pay, allowing you to balance your commitments.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
  • Active state licensure where applicable.
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation when in-person services are required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and ongoing guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
  • Analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming adjustments
  • Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
  • Ensure services remain compliant with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements
  • Deliver ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services

Your Impact as a BCBA

As a Per Diem BCBA, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services while partnering with families and your clinical team to help each client reach their goals.


What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
