Job summary

Sunrise ABA is hiring BCBA professionals to manage cases for children on the autism spectrum and to lead data-driven assessments. The role involves collaboration with clinicians and directors, and mentorship for RBTs and BCaBAs.

This hybrid-remote position offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, CEUs, and a 401K with matching contributions to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree required or equivalent.
• High emphasis on integrity and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
• Data collection utilizing Central Reach.
• Complete intake and assessments.
• Parent training.
• Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors.
• Mentorship for a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
• Maintain billable hour requirements for full-time (25 hours) and part-time (15 hours).

• Billable hour requirement for part-time BCBAs: 15 hours
