Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a BCBA to provide highly skilled supervision and case management for children on the autism spectrum, ages 2-18. You will collect data, conduct assessments, complete intakes, and train parents while collaborating with clinicians.

You will mentor RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs, uphold strong ethics, and contribute to a supportive, driven clinical team with opportunities for career growth and leadership.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with a strong ethics focus.
• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• High emphasis on integrity and ethics.
• Passion for client success and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
• Data collection using Central Reach.
• Meet billable hour requirements: 25 hours full-time, 15 hours part-time.
• Complete intake and assessments.
• Parent training and collaboration with clinicians.
• Mentor RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
• Collaborate with clinical directors and team.
