Job summary

Jade ABA Therapy in Richmond, VA is seeking a BCBA to design and oversee personalized ABA programs that empower clients to reach their fullest potential, guided by evidence-based practices and compassionate support.

You will supervise and mentor RBTs, collaborate with families and therapists, analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes, and bring creativity and empathy to every session. This role offers a hybrid schedule, a competitive salary, and strong opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and LBA license required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field required.
• CPR certification is a bonus.
