Position Summary

As an outpatient clinician within the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program, you will help children and their families learn new skills and techniques using therapy that is effective for autism. The goal is to focus on what is most important to the child and their support system by creating an individualized pediatric treatment program tailored to their needs. Areas of focus may include communication, social skills, aggression, non-compliance, self-help skills, play, academics, or fine and gross motor skills. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into the child's daily life. The work environment allows for multi-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship while maintaining autonomy and growth specific to each clinician's passions and expertise.
