This is a 100% clinical position focused on treatment quality, behavior plans, clinical programming, and staff guidance. There are no scheduling, operational, or administrative responsibilities. The Clinical Director and Assistant Clinical Director oversee clinic operations, allowing the BCBA to focus on providing quality clinical care.

Both newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

  • Monitor treatment fidelity and learner progress
  • Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions
  • Support behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs
  • Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines
  • Participate in clinical case reviews with the Clinical Director
  • Maintain compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, state requirements, and company policies
Reporting Structure
  • Reports directly to the Clinical Director and Assistant Clinical Director
  • Focuses exclusively on clinical programming, treatment quality, staff supervision, and learner progress
  • Does not include scheduling, clinic operations, or other administrative responsibilities
BCBA Benefits
  • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available
  • Weekly pay on Tuesday
  • $250 hire-on bonus after 60 days of active employment serving clients
  • One hour of non-billable time for every 10 billable hours
  • Non-billable time must be used the following week and does not roll over
  • Paid monthly team meeting held every fourth Friday
  • $30 assessment bonus for each assessment submitted within two weeks of the initial parent interview or when billing begins for the assessment, whichever comes first
  • Referral bonus opportunities
  • Referral bonuses are paid once the referred RBT or BCBA completes at least 60 days of employment
  • Tuition discount through our partnership with Purdue Global
  • Ongoing clinical support and mentorship
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership
