Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to deliver individualized ABA services with flexible, hourly scheduling. The role supports in-person or remote sessions and emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and data-driven treatment planning.

You will work with families and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring compliant documentation and high-quality service delivery while maintaining scheduling flexibility and professional autonomy.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing and current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable and authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.

Education

Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Current 8-hour supervision certificate

Required

What Sets You Apart

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate
• State licensure where applicable

• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice to Have

• Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a center-based or hybrid setting
• Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation
• A collaborative mindset with a track record of strong family and team relationships
