Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to provide evidence-based ABA services, in-person or remote, across flexible schedules. The role emphasizes clinical excellence with support from a Staffing Coordinator, Case Manager, and dedicated clinical operations through ATrack.

Requirements include a Master’s in ABA, active BCBA, and a current 8-hour supervision certificate, with state licensure where applicable. Experience with children with ASD and US work authorization are essential.

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
  • State licensure where applicable.
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
