Matchly Staffing Solutions in the St. Louis metro area is seeking a licensed BCBA to practice with real autonomy and strong support. This role covers home-and school-based ABA therapy across the St. Louis community.

You will lead assessments, design individualized plans, supervise behavior technicians, and partner with families to sustain progress. Enjoy flexible scheduling, admin support, a collaborative team, growth opportunities, CEU support, relocation assistance, and hybrid work options.

• Must hold BCBA certification (BCaBA under supervision welcome to apply).
• Experience in home- and school-based ABA settings.

What the role looks like:

You'll work with kids across the St. Louis area in the environments that matter most — their homes and their schools. You'll lead assessments, design individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and partner closely with families to make sure progress doesn't stop when the session does.
