Job summary

CRA Therapy has specialized in providing school-based pediatric therapy services since 2000, serving school partners across the United States.

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree to work with emotionally/behaviorally disordered (EBD) students at secondary schools in a full-time, on-site role. Qualifications

• Master's degree required in behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Position involves working with emotionally/behaviorally disordered (EBD) students in secondary schools.

Responsibilities

• Work with EBD students at secondary schools to implement behavioral supports.
• Conduct BCBA-driven assessments and develop interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and speech-language pathologists to support student success.

Education
