Miracle ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Salisbury, MD. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and current.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

• Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pay Range: $140/hr




• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability




• Bonus: $1,500 per case




• Location: Salisbury, MD
