Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Analyst in Raleigh, NC to guide individualized treatment planning with clients and families. You will collaborate with a pediatric autism services team, maintain required billable hours, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina or willingness to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team‑oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team
• Maintain a 23‑hour weekly billable requirement
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources
• Collaborate bi‑weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs
• Provide high‑quality, individualized behavioral support services
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one
