Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics seeks an in-home Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care for children with autism in South Carolina. The role combines autonomy with strong support, administrative backing, and opportunities for professional development in a collaborative team.

The BCBA oversees assessments, creates behavior plans, trains technicians, ensures timely documentation, and maintains licensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an accredited university meeting BACB guidelines.
  • BCBA Certification OR Mid-Level requirements are met.
  • 1+ Year working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within first 60 days.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees clinical delivery of care, including activities performed by Behavior Technicians.
  • Conducts initial and six-month assessments and recommends plans aligned with client goals.
  • Provides supervision of Behavior Treatment Modification on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services.
  • Delivers Parent Training for a minimum of 1 hour each month.
  • Develops child-specific Behavior Treatment plans.
  • Ensures licensure and compliance requirements are up to date for themselves and technicians.
  • Returns required documentation in a timely fashion to capture services rendered and meet payer requirements.
  • Reviews Behavior Technician documentation for accuracy and quality of service.
  • Provides feedback to Behavior Technicians on duties performed from a clinical standpoint.
  • Ensures utilization of hours as prescribed are met.
  • Location may be in-home and telehealth.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst oversees the clinical aspects of their clients' care. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops behavior plans, trains Behavior Technicians, oversees the quality of services being rendered, and ensures all documentation is accurate and submitted timely.

  • The location of this position could be a combination of in-home and telehealth.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $65.00 - USD $75.00 /Hr.
