Job summary

Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in Coral Springs, CO. You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coordinate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Applicants must hold BCBA credentials and a Master’s in ABA or related field. Flexible schedules and opportunities for professional development are offered to support growth in our mission-driven ABA practice.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Pay Range: $80-100/hour
