Schedule:Monday-Friday, working hours are flexible
Type: Full-Time(Minimum 27 billable hours/week)
Compensation:Hourly until full caseload is established(27 billable hours weekly), then transition to salary with bonus.
Start date: later summer/early fall, flexible
About Element Behavioral Health
At Element, we are Embracing Neurodiversity and Redefining ABA care. We are a
clinician owned and operated company providing neurodiversity-affirming, client-led ABA therapy. We specialize in a focused treatment model of care (10–20 hours/week) for each client. We prioritize flexible care, caregiver involvement, and socially significant goals. We do not teach compliance or tolerance. Instead, we co-create therapeutic spaces where clients can thrive in their Element. We are looking to add like-minded BCBAs to our team who are excited to redefine ABA care with us.
·Hybrid work environment-outside of client-facing hours, BCBAs have the flexibility to work where and when they want, as long as their clinical team can reach them and their deliverables (treatment plans, clinical KPIs, etc.) are met on time.
·Company laptop or tabletprovided for clinical work and documentation
·10 paid time off (PTO) days each year
·3 flex/mental health daysto recharge when you need it most; ability to request taking a mental health day 24 hours in advance
·Structured support- with at minimum,bi-weekly support meetings with your direct supervisor, along with monthly BCBA group clinical meetings.
·Small caseloads for better focus and deeper clinical work

·Professional ID badgeand pediatric-friendly badge tag, so clients and caregivers can confidently identify you- especially on the first day of session!

KeyResponsibilities
·Providedirect careto clients for at least20% of a client’s
scheduled therapy hours.
·Deliver15–20% supervisionof client’s scheduled hours to RBTs
and supervisees, ensuring alignment of BACB supervision requirements
·Conduct aminimum of 2 hours/month of parent support meetings per
client,with more strongly encouraged
·Collaborate with and mentor an assigned RBT pursuing BCBA certification
·Attend bi-weekly 1:1 supervision meeting with your direct supervisor
·Participate in monthly clinical team meetings for ongoing training and support
·Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans focused on socially significant goals
·Practice in a sensory-aware environment, accommodating client needs and preferences
·Track and respond to HRE (Happy, Relaxed, Engaged) data as a core clinical measure
·Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with funding source requirements
·Communicate regularly with caregivers, team members, and leadership to ensure collaborative care
Our Clinical Approach
·We do not teach compliance or tolerance
·Programming is assent-based and client-led
·We do not target stimming behaviors unless they:
oPose a harm to the client or others
oSignificantlyimpede access to less restrictive environments
oIn such cases, intervention is only considered with Clinical Director oversight
·All therapy goals are focused on socially significant skills, not normalization
·Our clients receive10–20 hours/week of therapy,we do not exceed this, by design. This is communicated to caregivers ahead of time.
·Caregivers commit to a minimum of 2 hours of caregiver support monthly, with an awareness that their program may require up to 4 hours monthly. Caregivers are required to agree to thispriorto being accepted as a client
·Every BCBA provides 20% direct care to remain connected to the client experience
·Every BCBA is also a mentor, supporting the next generation of clinicians
Requirements and Considerations
·Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a minimum of 2 years
·Must be in good standing with the BACB
·Experience delivering in-home ABA therapy is required
·Familiarity with or openness to the HRE (Happy, Relaxed, Engaged) approach
·Must be able to provide in-person direct care for 20% of a client’s schedule direct care hours in client settings (home, community, or center-based)
·Passion for neurodiversity-affirming ABA and commitment to ethical, respectful care
·Ability to complete accurate and timely documentation, including treatment plans, progress reports, session notes.
·Strong communication skills and comfort working with a multidisciplinary team
·Comfortable mentoring RBTs and future BCBAs within a structured support model
·Willingness to grow and evolve in alignment with Element’s progressive, client-led model
·Familiarity with the Motivity data collection platform is a plus!
