Job summary

The Emerge Center in Baton Rouge, LA, is a nonprofit dedicated to serving children with autism and other developmental disabilities through high-quality ABA, speech-language, educational, and support services.

As a BCBA, you will assess, plan treatment, supervise a team of 6–8 RLTs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality, individualized programs and mentor future clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must pass state and federal background checks.
• Must pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and consultation for children in school and clinic ABA programs.
• Oversee a team of 6–8 Registered Line Technicians (RLTs) to deliver individualized programming.
• Mentor and supervise aspiring BCBAs and help develop future clinicians.

Position Overview

The BCBA provides assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and consultation services for children receiving ABA services in both school and clinic settings.
