Job summary

R.I.S.E., Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a small local company serving Maine children (0-21) with autism and developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes independent work, ongoing training, and direct oversight from a BCBA.

We offer a competitive base pay of $100,000–$110,000 per year with potential incentives, mileage reimbursement, 401(k), generous PTO, and options for hybrid work from Auburn, ME. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certification in Behavior Analysis for at least 1 year.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Experience supervising paraprofessionals and performing FBAs.
• Experience training behavior analytic techniques.
• Provide at least 3 letters of reference.
• Willing to commute within 35 miles of Lewiston, ME.

Responsibilities

• Supervise paraprofessionals in ABA services.
• Perform functional analyses and FBAs as part of assessment.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA programs.
• Provide ongoing staff training and supervision.
