Job summary

Chroma Early Learning Academy in Atlanta, GA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is, or eligible to become, a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Georgia. You will serve as the clinical lead across therapy sites, supervising RBTs and LaBAs, and collaborating with families and educators to drive data-driven progress.

Requirements include BCBA certification, Georgia LBA eligibility, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and at least 2 years of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Current or eligible for Georgia LBA license.
• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data-analysis skills.
• Must pass Georgia DECAL fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical lead across therapy sites overseeing treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs and LaBAs, maintaining supervision hours documentation.
• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.).
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with BACB and Georgia Medicaid standards.
• Provide direct parent and caregiver training sessions.
• Collaborate with childcare directors and teachers for consistency across settings.
• Monitor client progress using data-driven decisions and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain HIPAA, BACB ethics, and Georgia licensing board compliance.
• Participate in clinical reviews, team meetings, and professional development.

About This Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is also (or eligible to become) a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Georgia.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.)
• Develop individualized treatment plans consistent with BACB and Georgia Medicaid standards
• Supervise and train RBTs and LaBAs, maintaining required documentation of supervision hours
• Provide direct parent and caregiver training sessions (CPT 97156/97157)
• Collaborate with childcare directors and teachers to ensure consistency across settings
• Monitor client progress using data-driven decision making and evidence-based practices
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB ethics code, and Georgia licensing board rules
• Participate in clinical reviews, team meetings, and professional development sessions
