Job summary

Applied ABC, based in Orange County, seeks an experienced BCBA for per diem supervision and clinical support for children with autism across Anaheim and surrounding areas. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services with a flexible schedule to complement your current caseload.

Expect data-driven treatment planning, ongoing client progress, and collaboration with families and schools, supported by a Staffing Coordinator and Case Manager as you work in-person or hybrid.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
  • State licensure where applicable.
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.

We are actively seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide ABA supervision and clinical support for clients located throughout Orange County, including Anaheim.
