Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in Supply, NC is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our mission-driven ABA team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children and coordinate with families to maximize outcomes.

As a BCBA, you will supervise RBTs, lead trainings, conduct assessments, and ensure ethical practice across all cases. We offer competitive hourly pay, health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, generous PTO, and ongoing professional development to support your growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
