Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated ABA team in Lumberton, NC. The role focuses on developing individualized ABA treatment plans and supervising RBTs to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, adjust goals, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining ethical standards. This full-time position offers a supportive environment and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
