Qualifications

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans developed under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to monitor treatment progress.
  • Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization.
  • Complete clinical documentation in accordance with company, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and interdisciplinary providers.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain ethical standards outlined by the BACB.

Location: Fort Wayne or Auburn, IN


Employment Type: Full-Time Salary or Part Time Hourly


Pay: From $58,240 a year/ $28 an hour with higher compensation available based on experience, certifications, and demonstrated clinical expertise.


Reports To: On Site Clinical Director
