Job summary

ABA Solutions of Bradenton/Sarasota, FL, seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support children and families across school, home, clinic, and community settings. This role offers mentorship, supervision, and manageable caseloads to grow toward BCBA leadership.

You will collaborate with BCBAs and Directors, design and monitor BIPs, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and coordinate with families and educators.

Qualifications

  • Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Passion for working with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Interest in continuing professional development and pursuing future leadership opportunities.
  • Ability to work across school, home, clinic, and community settings as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Analyze client data and recommend treatment modifications.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary professionals.
  • Provide caregiver training to support skill generalization across environments.
  • Maintain clinical documentation and funding source requirements.
