Role Overview: As a Field-Based BCaBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans, and supervising RBTs in the home, school, and community setting. • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs.
