Achievements ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated BCaBA to deliver client-centered ABA services across home, daycare, and school settings. You will support treatment plan implementation, supervise RBTs in person, and collaborate with parents to ensure continuity of care.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence with a dedicated back-office team and offers competitive hourly compensation plus benefits. North Carolina licensure is required or in process.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification with BACB credential.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology or Education.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
• Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs to promote ethical and effective care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required clinical records.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment implementation support, in-person clinical supervision support, parent collaboration, client observations, treatment plan implementation monitoring, and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation:

$45.00 - $70.00 per hour contingent on experience

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
• Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
• Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain North Carolina licensure!
