St. Anthony North Hospital in Colorado seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join a physician-centered team delivering top-quality anesthesia care in an inpatient setting.

You will provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia services, including pre-anesthetic evaluations, intraoperative management, PACU oversight, and post-anesthetic care, while collaborating closely with surgeons and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and licensure in Colorado
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Anesthesiology per ABA/AOBA
• Current BLS and ACLS; PALS and/or ATLS may be required
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency

Responsabilités

• Comprehensive perioperative anesthesia care for surgical/procedural patients.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and formulate anesthesia plans.
• Administer and manage general, regional, local, or MAC anesthesia with monitoring.
• Oversee PACU care and manage postoperative pain and complications.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, hospitalists, and other clinicians.
• Document anesthesia care accurately for records and billing; support quality improvement.
• Educate and mentor medical students and residents as needed
