Job summary

Terrestris LLC in Salem, VA is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to support the Veteran community. This role is open to Locum or Traveling professionals and offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., at 1970 Roanoke Boulevard.

You will provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia services across cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, neurosurgical and other operations, with direct patient care estimated at 90% and admin duties at 10%. Required: U.S.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
• Board Certified /Board Eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA).
• Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Previous experience with the VA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical anesthesiology services for a wide range of surgeries.
• Care for patients undergoing cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, neurosurgical, plastic, ENT, urologic and other procedures.
• Provide perioperative care including ICU and pain management services.
• Credentialing and onboarding requirements per VA processes.
