The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing consultation and training to staff and families, and overseeing the implementation of evidence-based behavioral supports for students receiving special education services. The BCBA works collaboratively with educators, related service providers, administrators, students, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes and ensure students have access to a safe and supportive educational environment.
