Healthcare Shares PBC is seeking accomplished healthcare leaders to serve as a Member of the Board of Advisors – Product-Led Growth. The role provides strategic governance and advisory support as the firm grows its venture capital, venture studio, agency, and entrepreneurship community.

You will guide priorities, market opportunities, ecosystem growth, and founder support while leveraging your network across healthcare and investment sectors.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in healthcare or investment environments.
• Strong governance and advisory background with board-level exposure.
• Extensive professional network across healthcare, startups, and investment ecosystems.
• Ability to dedicate 2–4 hours per month to advisory activities.

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategic priorities, market opportunities, and ecosystem growth for Healthcare Shares.
• Provide guidance on partnerships, investment themes, and founder support.
• Participate in periodic board discussions and deliver thoughtful recommendations.
• Offer strategic, practical, and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups.
