Job summary

Healthcare Shares PBC is seeking accomplished healthcare leaders to serve as a Member of the Board of Advisors – Dental Devices. The role offers remote flexibility and opportunities to influence strategic priorities, market opportunities, and founder support within a mission-driven platform.

The ideal candidates bring senior leadership or board-level experience across healthcare, life sciences, venture capital, startups, or related fields and can commit 2–4 hours per month to advisory activities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, startups, healthcare operations, digital health, medical devices, biotech, pharma, healthcare AI, or related fields.
• Senior leadership, board, advisory, investing, entrepreneurial, clinical, executive, or operating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares’ growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision.
• Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, founder support, and social impact strategy.
• Contribute leadership insight across areas such as clinical care, healthcare operations, digital health, biotech, medical devices, pharma, healthcare AI, investing, or entrepreneurship.
• Support Healthcare Shares by offering relevant introductions, perspective, and expertise to strengthen the firm’s ecosystem and portfolio support.
• Participate in periodic board-related discussions and contribute thoughtful recommendations based on your professional background and area of expertise.
