Valet Attendant Job Description & Requirements

(Non-exempt role)

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests, opening doors, explaining valet procedures, and providing excellent customer service
• Safely parking guest vehicles following company policies
• Assisting with luggage, providing facility and event information, and directions to local attractions
• Following safe driving procedures and reporting damages

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Current valid driver's license
• Pass Motor Vehicle Record check
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to drive automatic (preferred manual transmission)

Physical Demands:

• Walking, running, standing for long periods
• Communicating over background noise
• Handling objects, vision requirements
• Lifting up to 25 pounds

Working Conditions:

• Indoor and outdoor activities, exposure to weather conditions

Pay Rate: $15 - $16 per hour
