Job summary

A&L BMW in Monroeville, PA is seeking BMW Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles using BMW diagnostic tools and factory procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of hands-on auto repair, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass pre-employment checks. European brand experience and ASE certifications are a plus, with a strong commitment to Fix it Right the First Time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment or equivalent.
• Own a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• ASE certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and handling Repair Orders as dispatched.
• Performing diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
• Providing labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
• Performing high quality and efficient repair services for engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Performing Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete.
• Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services.
• Maintaining organized workspace and accounting for tools.
• Communicating with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff.
• Participating in BMW training programs to hone skills in BMW technologies.
