BMW Technician / European Automotive Technician – $30-45/hr + Bonus

We’re a small, professional team that works on high-quality vehicles and believe technicians should have the tools, time, and environment to perform proper diagnostics and repairs.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a solid B-level technician that wants to work on interesting cars, build diagnostic skills, and work in a drama-free shop. If you're tired of dealership pressure, flat rate swings, or just want a place where quality matters more than rushing cars out the door, this could be a great fit.

We see about 1,200 cars per year with a $1,500 average repair order, so the work stays interesting and doesn’t turn into endless basic maintenance. We maintain a steady workflow year-round, so technicians can count on consistent hours and stable income. European experience is helpful but not required — a strong technician with good fundamentals and the right mindset is what matters most.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and repairing BMW, Mini, and other European vehicles.
• Handling maintenance and common repairs including cooling systems, oil leaks, suspension, and drivability issues.
• Using dealer-level BMW diagnostic equipment.
• Working with service advisors who handle customer communication.
• Performing quality checks and road tests.
• Keeping your bay organized and professional.
• Taking pride in doing repairs correctly the first time.

What We're Looking For
