SoSo Cycles is seeking a skilled BMW Motorcycle Technician to join our growing team in Washington, DC. You will deliver high-quality service and repairs on BMW motorcycles, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, dealership experience, and a passion for customer excellence. You will document work, follow BMW Motorrad standards, and collaborate with Service Advisors to keep the shop safe and productive.

Qualifications

• Previous motorcycle technician experience required (BMW experience preferred).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with dealership service operations and DMS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• BMW Motorrad certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BMW motorcycles to manufacturer standards.
• Accurately complete Repair Orders (ROs) with detailed documentation of work performed.
• Conduct thorough inspections and identify additional service needs.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency in line with shop goals and flat-rate standards.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, correctly, and on time.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status and timelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all BMW Motorrad processes, training requirements, and certifications.
• Assist in keeping shop equipment and tools in proper working condition.

BMW Motorcycle Technician
