Job description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A BMW AND MINI SERVICE CASHIER:

• A genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills relevant to calculating, processing, and reconciling customer invoices, payments, and dealership deposits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and Saturdays
  • Hours:
    • Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm
    • Saturday 7:45am - 4 pm (Rotational)
• Reynolds & Reynolds computer experience a plus
• Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
• Professional personal appearance
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
