Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Customer Experience/Loaner Vehicle Coordinator to join Schomp BMW's service team. This hourly, full-time role focuses on guest service, loaner vehicle coordination, and seamless vehicle handovers.

You will manage loaner vehicles, complete contracts, inspect deliveries, and support service operations, with a focus on hospitality and accuracy. Competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loaner/rental cars to clients in a courteous and prompt manner.
• Complete loaner/rental contracts thoroughly and accurately.
• Provide a great delivery of the vehicle, to include inspection and explanation of operation and accessories.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of loaner/rental vehicles.
• Answer and route service calls.
• Stage cars for delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with Service Valets on gas in loaner vehicle and car wash.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify all vehicles have current registration.
