Job summary

SimplyEuro in Plano, TX is seeking a BMW Level 4 Technician to diagnose and repair BMWs the right way at our specialist shop. You’ll handle complex electrical issues, vehicle networks, engine performance, transmission concerns, chassis systems, hybrid tech, ADAS calibrations, and BMW platforms.

You’ll have access to ISTA+ software, OEM service docs, wiring diagrams, and factory programming tools, supported by Alloy Techs for top-tier diagnostics and remote assistance.

Qualifications

• BMW Level 4 or progressing to Level 4 expertise.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing BMWs with OEM procedures.
• Ability to diagnose complex electrical issues and vehicle networks.
• Experience with ADAS calibrations and BMW platforms.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair BMWs including electrical, network, engine and transmission issues.
• Perform ADAS calibrations and software updates.
• Code and program BMW modules using factory tools.
• Collaborate with Alloy Techs for advanced diagnostic support.

SimplyEuro is hiring a BMW Level 4 Technician for our Plano, TX location.

This isn't another independent shop trying to work on BMWs with generic scan tools and guesswork.

Our team averages 200+ flagged hours per technician, every month. The shop runs efficiently because everyone, from our advisors to our leadership team, understands what it takes to support high-performing technicians.

We're looking for someone who can confidently diagnose and repair everything from complex electrical issues and vehicle networks to engine performance, transmission concerns, chassis systems, hybrid technology, ADAS calibrations, and BMW's latest vehicle platforms.

Requirements

• The Technician must be physically capable of performing tasks that involve grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting (including items over 50 pounds), bending, and reaching overhead.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours, is required.
• Must be able to maintain a fast-paced work rhythm for extended durations.
