Job summary

Checkered Flag Auto Group is hiring for a full-time Service Advisor role at Checkered Flag BMW in Virginia Beach. The position offers a generous pay plan with aggressive production tiers and opportunities for 60+ hours per week, plus a yearly retention bonus paid before the holidays.

The team includes highly trained service and parts staff to support you, with company-paid life and short-term disability, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401k match.

Job description

Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience
