Role overview:

The Program Coordinator oversees the functions of the Kofax TotalAgility platform, which is used for document processing and monitoring. You will ensure that processes are accurate and within workflow parameters. Additionally, you will verify, audit, and correct vehicle titles, watercraft titles, credentials, and placards. Key outcomes of this role are:

  • Prioritizework within the department and ensurethat deadlines are met.
  • et standards for work based on federal and state regulations and guidelines.
  • Evaluate metrics to ensure processing areas are functioning at their highest efficiency.
  • Monitor the flow and quality of work performed.
  • Reassign work to maintain equitable work distribution.

This position operates on an alternate schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm.

Location:

This position is located in the BMV Document Management Department in the Government Center in Indianapolis, IN.

The salary for this position traditionally starts at $42,900 annually.

A Day in the Life:

The essential functions of this role are:

  • Research and compile information on specific aspects of the program, such as procedures, needs, and policies.
  • Answer customer questions about program policies and procedures.
  • Establish, organize, and maintain current and historical files related to the program.
  • Assist in the preparation of program reports, develop applications, prepare budget allocations, and/or purchase consultative services.
  • Maintain, monitor, and order program assets.
  • Assist the supervisor in the development and planning of the overall program and its role in the functioning of the agency.
  • Schedule, prepare, and disseminate all program-related training materials.

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:

  • Specialized knowledge of program area including pertinent rules and regulations.
  • Specialized knowledge of applicable legislation, guidelines, agency policy and professional standards and practices.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and compile specific topics related to program area.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a group decision-making process.
  • Tact in dealing with other agency personnel and the public.
  • Specialized knowledge of accounting and budgeting.
  • Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:

This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
